If you have eye health insurance, please have that information in front of you when making your appointment.

Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please give a 24 hour cancellation notice so that your reserved time may be given to someone else.
